Proteins start the metabolism and keep you full for a long time. Construction workers need this kind of energy to perform the physical exertion they perform on-site. 6- Drink lots of water

Staying hydrated is the most important task for construction workers. Construction workers sweat profusely on site and body fluid oozes from the body. They need to replace this lost fluid to keep healthy and active. Plain water is always a healthy choice, but if you’re burning a lot of calories and need more energy, you can go with electrolyte-infused water or Gatorade.

Potassium is a useful mineral for the body and must be intake for a healthy body. Potassium and magnesium help the body perform some of the most important functions such as keeping normal blood pressure. Foods rich in potassium, magnesium, and fiber, which should be included in the diet of construction workers are bananas, avocados, yogurt, peanuts, spinach, chia seed, flaxseeds, broccoli, etc.
